UK Small Estates Form

If the late shareholder held shares in a UK company you will need to complete the UK small estates form, this form must be completed and returned with the late shareholders death certificate. Please remember this service can only be used if the value of the shareholding is under £20,000 more information be found on our ‘What do I need to do’ page.

Off-Shore Small Estates form

If the late shareholder held shares in a Jersey, Guernsey or Isle of Man company you will need to complete the Off-Shore small estates form, this form must be completed and returned with the late shareholders death certificate.

Please remember this service can only be used if the value of the shareholding is under £10,000 more information be found on our ‘What do I need to do’ page.

Stock Transfer Form

If you wish to transfer the shares into the names of the beneficiaries, you will need to complete a Stock Transfer Form and return this with the valid share certificate(s). If the shares were held in a nominee account meaning no share certificate was issued please email us at Nominee.Enquiries@linkgroup.co.uk and we will provide you with the relevant stock transfer form.

Please remember shares can only be transferred once the relevant legal documents have been registered and the legal representatives are named on the late shareholders account.

If the shares are held in one of the below companies, you can use our low-cost dealing service to complete the sale of the shares.
